How the Site is designed for children
- Children can play the free tracker, games, countdown and Advent calendar without signing in or typing personal information.
- There are no child accounts, chat, public profiles, photo or voice uploads, or location collection.
- We do not show behavioral or targeted advertising and do not use third-party advertising trackers.
- Game and mission progress stays in the browser on your device.
Information parents provide
Only a signed-in parent or legal guardian aged 18+ can order and personalize a keepsake. Before personalizing, you confirm you are the child's parent or guardian and consent to us using what you enter only to create that keepsake. You may enter a first name or nickname and optional details (age range, a favorite activity, an achievement, a short message, a date). Please do not enter surnames, addresses, birth dates, schools, photos or anything else that identifies your child.
How it is used and shared
These details are used only to print your keepsake. They are not used for marketing, profiling or advertising, and are not sold or shared except with our hosting and storage provider, which stores them for us under contract.
How long it is kept
The personalization details are removed from our records 30 days after the keepsake is created. The finished PDF stays in your account until you delete it or close your account.
Parent rights
As a parent you can review the information you provided about your child, ask us to delete it, and refuse further use, at any time, by contacting us from your account email. We will act on verified requests promptly.
Our commitment
We have designed the Site to avoid collecting personal information directly from children and we review this approach as children's privacy rules, including the updated US Children's Online Privacy Protection Rule, take effect. If we ever learn that a child has sent us personal information, we will delete it. If you believe this happened, please contact us.
